RPGS Ability Scores Concept

All ability scores range from 1 to 10 for the humanoid character races.  

(AGI) Agility

Agility is used mainly to determine a hit and also used to determine how hard you are to hit. Agility is also used for some skills.

(DEF) Defense

(END) Endurance

Endurance determines how long a character can carry on continuous action and how much of a beating they can take in combat.

(FTG) Fatigue Points

2x Endurance

(VIT) Vitality

2x Endurance

(WND) Wound Points

1x Endurance

(INT) Intelligence

Intelligence is used in skills and also for some combat actions that can apply a status to an enemy.

(PRE) Presence

Presence represents ‘strength’ of personality.  It is the main ability score for magic use and it is also used for some skills

(STR) Strength

Strength determines bonus damage for melee attacks and is used for some skills.  Strength also determines how much a character can carry.


  1. I'm just looking at combat here, but I want to see if I'm reading them right.

    Combat stats:
    AGI = accuracy of attacks & avoiding attacks
    END = how many hits can I take
    INT = how smart my hits are (applying dots, slows, debuffs)
    PRE = The Magic Stat
    STR = the damage of my attacks

  2. Pretty close... AGI can also be used to increase damage in place of STR on all but heavy weapons.... think - ninjas

    Int has limited combat application so far, but it's going to have a lot more RP attached to it when I finally get there.
